VCCCD provides Outlook 2010 software on District provided computers to designated faculty/staff. Official help documentation is provided within the software. The VCCCD also provides additional documentation within BusinessTools (requires MyVCCCD login).
Outlook Web App (OWA) (also known as Outlook Webmail) is the web interface into the District provided email. This method of access is primarily for use by part-time faculty and when Outlook software is not available. To access, login to MyVCCCD portal and click on the Employee Email link located in the "Tools" area within "Everyday Tools". Other Methods of Access
There are self-support options and methods for accessing VCCCD email, including mobile devices and third-party software. Your officially supported methods of access are via Outlook 2007 or 2010 via campus provided computer or Outlook Web Access via MyVCCCD.
