MyVCCCD Account Login (SSO)
User Account Linking Issue
There is currently a backlog in processing new MyVCCCD user accounts. If you are trying to login but encounter a "User Account Linking" message (example below), your account is not yet fully activated. Please try again at a later time. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to resolve the situation.
This means that the information in your MyVCCCD Login Account does not match information in the MyVCCCD Portal. There are several possible reasons for this:
- You are a new student who has just applied. It can take up to 15 minutes for your MyVCCCD portal account to be created. Resolution: wait 15 minutes and try again to access the portal.
- You are a returning student or alumni: If you've been away from VCCCD for over 1 year, it is likely that you do not have an active portal account. We do offer a range of self-service options outside the MyVCCCD portal including transcript services which can be found by clicking the "Alumni" section in your MyVCCCD account.
If you are looking for course registration, you will first need to reapply: Moorpark College | Oxnard College | Ventura College
- You are an employee. Your portal account has outdated or incorrect information. Resolution: send a detailed message, including your employee ID, to the firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are having a problem with your username or password/password reset, students should contact the welcome center at their campus ( MC | OC | VC ) for assistance. Employees should contact the DAC I.T. Helpdesk.
