If student emails are not showing up in the Inbox:
- Open your student email by clicking on the "Student Email" link found on the left navigation, "Tools" section within "Everyday Tools:
- On the left-hand column you will see a list of labels (folders). The list begins with ‘Inbox’, ‘Starred’, ‘Snoozed’, etc. Scroll down to the ‘More’ option and click on it for additional ‘labels’ (folders).
- You will see ‘All Mail’, click on it to open the ‘All Mail’ label (folder). Your emails will appear.
Emails not found in the student email Inbox is usually the result of forwarding being set up and the option for what will happen with the Gmail copy of the email is set to ‘Archive Ventura County Community College District’s copy’.
