01/04/2009 - 12:40 pm - Threat of assault at Swap Meet. Officers responded to report of 2 individuals arguing over a parking spot; one subject was threatening to stab the other. The individual was arrested by Ventura PD and taken to County Jail. VPD took arrest report; VCCCD PD took statements from 2 other subjects.
