Self Service Payroll information is available via the MyVCCCD portal. Simply type "Employee Self Service" in the portal search bar or navigate to the "Employee Self Service" section in the "Tools" area to access:
- Benefits and deductions to view your retirement plans, Health insurance information, and miscellaneous benefits and deductions.
- Pay information to view your direct deposit account information, earnings and deductions history, and pay stubs.
- Direct Deposit to view or edit your distribution, or set up new direct deposit
- Tax Forms to view change or view your W-4 information (withholding) and to view your W-2 Tax Form.
- Time Sheet to report hours worked and leave taken
- Time off Current Balances and History
Most of these items will be found in the Employee Dashboard.
