This course is the second in a series of hip-hop dance courses and builds on the skills introduced in DANC R112A, Hip-Hop Fundamentals. Emphasis is placed on beginning hip-hop steps and movement while refining and expanding technique, rhythms, styles, and performance. Dance combinations will progress in difficulty. Students will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance along with proper alignment and posture for hip- hop dance.
