District Council on Administrative Services
The District Council on Administrative Services (DCAS) makes recommendations to the Chancellor’s Cabinet related to budget policy, development, and implementation, including the VCCCD allocation model, business policies and procedures. The Vice Chancellor of Business & Administrative Services serves as the Chair of this Council.
