This course provides instruction and hands-on training in the areas of hardware installation, software configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, basic networking, basic security, and wireless. Operating systems are also covered including Microsoft Windows, Android, Apple iOS, and macOS. Students will also receive instruction on safety and environmental considerations as it relates to computing environments.
