This course covers the fundamental principles of law applicable to business operations and transactions. In addition to the fundamental legal principles, the course will cover introduction to the legal process, sources of law and ethics, contracts, torts, agency, criminal law, business organizations, and judicial and administrative processes. Introduces principles of personal selling, including strategies for long-term selling relationships.
