Course Description
This course covers the laws and regulations that customer service reps, salespeople and bud tenders must adhere to and the knowledge they need to provide accurate, lawful information to customers in the State of California. Students will gain a foundational understanding of the laws involving possession & purchasing limits, consumption & travel, the penalties associated with breaking these laws, and an understanding of the regulatory bodies that oversee cannabis businesses.
