Dr. Geoff Ostrove is an Adjunct Professor at Oxnard College.  With a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon in Communication and Media Studies, as well as a Masters in Community & Regional Planning, Dr. Ostrove’s academic research focuses on the areas of political economy, urban planning, hip hop culture, sports economics, and emerging communication technologies.

Dr. Ostrove also teaches courses in the Business of Cannabis Program at Oxnard College, including Cannabis Law and Cannabis Sales & Logistics courses. This Program helps students find careers in an emerging industry, as well as highlights important topics involving politics, public policy, and legality.
