Office 365 Faculty & Staff Licensing

About the Program

As of December 2014, faculty & staff at Moorpark, Oxnard and Ventura Colleges, are now eligible for Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus.  This includes:

  • Office 2013 Professional Plus
  • Office 2011 for Mac
  • Office for iPad
  • OneDrive storage (1 terabyte)
  • On up to 5 machines and 5 tablets per user

Pre-requisites to Signing Up

There are two pre-requisites.  One, you must be actively employed by VCCCD and its three campuses.  Two, you must be assigned a work email ending in @vcccd.edu.

Where to Signup

To signup and begin installing Office, please visit the following website:

http://office.com/getoffice365

Click on the Teachers tab and use your full @vcccd.edu email address when prompted.

Post Setup

The Office 365 account setup is performed one time.  To visit the Office 365 site in the future, visit https://portal.microsoftonline.com/ and login with your @vcccd.edu email address and MyVCCCD password.
