Silva Arzunyan
My name is Silva Arzunyan. Silva is Latin/Portuguese for rainforest. My last name is Armenian.
I love all different cultures and travel experiences. I especially love spending time with my dog. I specialize in working with students with disabilities.
I started working in healthcare out of high school. Went to a local community college and continued to California State University, Los Angeles. I was looking for a career where I can help people from disadvantaged communities. I didn't know at the time; I was reaching for equity. I believe in opportunities to change our lives for the better and the California Community Colleges seemed like the best catalyst for that.
Sile Bassi

Hi, my name is Sile Bassi and I am a Learning Disability Specialist in ACCESS. I welcome new students to the ACCESS program through an interactive Intake process where accommodations are explored to support students in their academic studies. I also teach two of our Learning Skills (LS) courses in math. I teach students to fall in love with math and to learn how to learn math. Please reach out if you have any questions. We are here to support you.
Cheers!!
