VCCCD (Moorpark, Oxnard, and Ventura colleges) has authorized Parchment, Inc. to act as agent to provide official transcripts. We provide a combined transcript that includes all coursework completed at Moorpark, Oxnard and Ventura colleges.

Academic records are maintained by the College Admissions and Records Office. A transcript is a complete record of a student's academic work at Moorpark, Oxnard, and Ventura colleges. Students can view their semester grades and unofficial transcript online via MyVCCCD. If an official transcript is needed, students should follow the instructions below.

Requesting Your Official Transcript

To request a transcript you should log in to the MyVCCCD portal. If you are an alumni and don't have access to MyVCCCD, you can still request a transcript by clicking on the "I do not have access to MyVCCCD" link.  All requests must be submitted by the student to comply with federal privacy law.

Both paper and electronic transcripts can be ordered anytime by current or former students. Refer to the Electronic Transcript page for more information about this option.  Transcript requests are processed within one to two business days of the completed order, providing the requester has no outstanding holds. Pick up option is not available. If you need a paper transcript, select the mail delivery option.

I Have Access to MyVCCCD

Instructions: After logging into MyVCCCD, simply type in "Order Transcripts" in the portal search bar or click on the "Order Official Transcripts" link located in the "Tools" area within the "Student Records" section and you will be directed to the transcript ordering process. Any student that enters the transcript ordering site through their MyVCCCD account will be able to order transcripts immediately. Transcript requests can typically be processed within one business day of the completed order. Your unofficial transcript is available through MyVCCCD under My Student Records. 

I Do Not Have Access to MyVCCCD

Instructions: You will need to create an account to obtain an official transcript. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders. Transcript requests can typically be processed within one business day of the completed order.


Once you are logged on, the site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. Please carefully follow all instructions.  It is the responsibility of the requestor to supply a correct mailing address; refunds will not be issued due to an incorrect address. Status updates of your order will be emailed to the email account you list on your order.

Every student is entitled to two transcripts free of charge Districtwide. Thereafter, transcript fees are as follows:

About Your Request for Transcripts

An official transcript will not be released if a student has an unmet financial obligation to VCCCD. The college can release only official VCCCD  transcripts. Transcripts from other universities or high schools attended must be requested directly from those institutions.
