The Ventura County Community College District (VCCCD) has more than 1,700 employees. We are fortunate to have approximately 1,200 full- and part-time faculty, 450 full- and part-time classified staff and 90 manager/supervisors working across our three colleges and the District Administrative Center (DAC). Our dedicated employees are focused on supporting the success of our students and communities.

Negotiations are an important activity that lead to changes in details of employment. Hard-working representatives from faculty and classified staff comprise negotiation teams who work with administrative teams during bargaining sessions to reach agreement on items brought forward for discussion.

Responses and comments from employees at the colleges and the DAC following the recent Chancellor Forums, indicated an appreciation for and an ongoing interest in the sharing of information. This website has been developed for the benefit of all employees who are interested in the details of the items that have been discussed and the information that has been provided. In our continued efforts to keep you informed, the website information will be updated regularly.

Thank you for your interest.

Rick MacLennan, Chancellor
