The Moorpark Review, after a brief hiatus, will be celebrating the release of the Spring 2025 edition! May 8th, at 5:30 pm, in the Library Writing Center.

We will have a reception to celebrate the published writers and editorial staff of the Moorpark Review. Please join us for this special occasion!

Come and enjoy an afternoon performance of chamber music for strings, clarinets, flute, voice, and pianos by Mozart, Brahms, Spohr, Piazzolla, Valentini, Ravel, Grieg, and ending with a large ensemble work by deep listening composer Pauline Oliveros. Join us for the Tony Award winning musical, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. Preliminary auditions will be held Monday May 12th from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and Tuesday May 13th from 3:00pm to 6:00pm with callbacks on Wednesday, May 14th from 6:00-10:00pm in the Studio Theatre, room PA-100, of the Performing Arts Center on the Moorpark College campus. Anyone interested in auditioning should be prepared to bring in 32 bars of sheet music to perform a ballad from a contemporary musical, and wear comfortable clothing for a dance audition. An accompanist will be present for the audition.  PLAY RUN JULY 17TH-AUG.3RD
