Course Description
This course covers the laws and regulations that customer service reps, salespeople and bud tenders must adhere to and the knowledge they need to provide accurate, lawful information to customers in the State of California. Students will gain a foundational understanding of the laws involving possession & purchasing limits, consumption & travel, the penalties associated with breaking these laws, and an understanding of the regulatory bodies that oversee cannabis businesses. Additional subjects covered are security systems, ID verification, exit bag policy, delivery and hours of operation. Field trips may be required.

Course Description
Develops critical thinking and writing skills in close textual analysis of issues and themes in fiction, poetry, and drama as well as in non-fictional literature and literary criticism. Reviews deductive and inductive reasoning, recognition and avoidance of logical fallacies, and relationships between language and meaning while emphasizing detailed critical analysis.
