Certified Nursing Assistant

Students who complete the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) course will develop the necessary knowledge and skills essential to the function of certified nurse assistants in the direct care of clients in a variety of settings. Students will be able to utilize effective skills related to such topics as patient rights, interpersonal skills, safety, asepsis, clinical skills, nutrition, rehabilitation, documentation, and death and dying.
