Andrea Ingley has been appointed as the Director of Employment Services and Personnel Commission, bringing valuable experience and insights to the position.
Andrea has worked in the Ventura County Community College District since 2014. She first held the position of HR Analyst I and was then promoted to HR Analyst II. Andrea has served as a Senior HR Analyst for the past three years and as Interim Director of Employment Services and Personnel Commission since January.
A community college alum, she received her associate degree in psychology from College of the Canyons before pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California Lutheran University. She holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
We are fortunate to have her fill this important leadership role in the District.
