Course Description
Introduces basic skills required to play and read simple melodies, scales, arpeggios and chords on acoustic guitar. Develops strumming patterns, basic fingerpicking, musical phrasing, counting and performing in groups, and applying a variety of styles and genres. Transfer credit: CSU; UC.
