Governing Board of the Ventura County Community College District will receive proposals for Bid 397, Ventura College AT/GPC/ HSC Furniture, in accordance with specification standards and proposal requirements, copies of which may be obtained in PDF format at: or by contacting the Purchasing Specialist listed below. Each bid is to be completed on the forms that are included in the bid documents or issued addenda.

A mandatory job-walk will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Job-walk to be held at 4667 Telegraph Rd, Ventura, CA 93003 in East Parking Lot off Day Rd. See bid packet for details.

Bidders and/or Installers must hold a valid D34 Prefabricated Equipment Contractor’s License. Award of bid will be based on lowest responsible base bid per section unless otherwise noted within a section. In accordance with Section §1773 of the California Labor Code, if applicable, workers shall not be paid less than the specified prevailing rates of wages in execution of the contract.

Bids must be returned sealed and marked with bid number and title, to Ventura County Community College District, Purchasing Department, 255 W Stanley, Suite 150, Ventura, CA 93001, on or before 3:00 PM, Tuesday August 20, 2010, at which time proposals will be opened.
