2021 Meetings

The Board Meeting is now being held in-person but will continue to be available via zoom. Due to COVID restrictions, space is limited to the public and those wishing to make in-person public comments. If you wish to attend in-person to give your public comments, please contact the Clerk of the Board at boardoftrusteesclerk@vcccd.edu. We will continue to receive public comments (no more than 250 words) using an electronic Public Comment Card by 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the meeting. Persons may speak on an agenda item or on other matters of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board.

The Board of Trustees meetings are regularly held the second Tuesday of each month  unless noted below. Any future Board meeting date, time, or location marked in red in the schedule below indicates a variance to the regular meeting schedule.  For further information, please contact the Chancellor’s Office at 805.652.5505.

VCCCD Board Meetings are governed by the Ralph M. Brown Act and, therefore, are open and public meetings.  By virtue of its nature, it is understood that any and all comments by Trustees, staff, and/or public made in Open Session at a meeting of the Board are recorded.
