10/03/11 - 1:15 pm: Warrant arrest at VC. Officer on patrol observed subject in vehicle throw a cup out of the vehicle, and conducted a traffic stop. Upon further investigation, officer learned that driver had outstanding warrants outside of the county, and he was subsequently transported and booked into County Main Jail without further incident. Report taken.

10/05/11 - 1:15 pm: Vandalism to vending machine on west side of U Bldg at VC. Officer responded to call of damage to snack vending machine. Unknown suspect(s) damaged the bill acceptor and left the front glass door open. Owner of machine was contacted and advised. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

10/05/11 - 4:30 pm: Theft from vehicles parked in overflot lot at MC. Officer responded to report of catalytic converter theft; a phone call from second victim reported that the catalytic converter had been stolen from his car as well. No witnesses or suspects; report taken.

10/6/11 - 1:30 pm: Theft from office at OC. Victim reported that suspect had arrived in her office to complete forms; victim left to make copies. After suspect left, victim discovered phone was missing. She contacted suspect and asked for it's return. The next day, anonymous person returned phone to front office. Report taken.

10/7/11 - 9:45 am: Theft from vehicle in N-lot at VC. Victim left property in his vehicle; when he returned, it was gone. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

10/14/11 - 4:00 pm: Vandalism to bicycle parked in bike rack near LRC at  VC. Victim reported parking his bicycle; upon his return, found his front tire punctured with unknown sharp object, possibly a knife. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

10/17/11 - 3:00 pm: Theft from vehicle parked in C lot at MC. Victim reported unknown person(s) stole the catalytic converter from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

10/19/11 - 8:30 am: Theft of backpack left at driving range at MC. Victim reported leaving backpack to attend class for a lecture; when he returned, unknown person had taken his backpack. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

10/19/11 - 2:00 pm: Theft from men's locker room in small gym at VC. Victim reported that personal property had been removed from his secured locker without his permission. Investigation continues; report taken.

10/19/11 - 2:15 pm: Theft from men's locker room in small gym at VC. Victim reported that personal property had been taken from his secured locker without his knowledge. Investigation continues; report taken.

10/20/11 - 1:00 pm: Theft from backpack during gym class at MC. Victim came to report that unknown person took her cell phone from her backpack on the gym floor while she was at class. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

10/25/11 - 10:50 am: Several thefts from women's gym at OC. Victims reported personal belongings taken from unsecured lockers. No witnesses; investigation continues.

10/25/11 - 11:00 am: Theft from vehicle parked in overflow lot at MC. Unknown supect(s) used unknown tool to open victim's car and remove property. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

10/25/11 - 11:15 am: Vehicle theft from H-lot at OC. Victim reported to police that she had parked her vehicle in the H-lot; upon her return, vehicle was gone. Investigation continues.

10/26/11 - 3:10 pm: Assault in men’s locker room at VC. Officers responded to report of an assault by a football player upon a team mate. Officers interviewed both subjects; no witnesses. Report taken.

10/26/11 - 4:00 pm: Theft from LRC center at OC. Officers received late report from victim who left backpack in LRC on 10/6; when he returned for it, it was gone. No witness or suspects; report taken.

10/26/11 – 6:15 pm: Vandalism to vehicle parked in E-lot at VC. Victim reported to campus police that unknown subject(s) used unknown sharp object to etch two approximately 12” long scratches on the left side of her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

10/27/11 – 12:30 pm: Disruptive individual in Quad at VC. Officers responded to report of subject, suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, attacking students in Quad area. When the officers made contact with suspect, he immediately became uncooperative and combative; he began kicking and spitting at the officers, who were forced to use minimal force to subdue him. EMT responded to the scene in order to assess minor injuries sustained by suspect and officers, after which the suspect was transported to County Main Jail, where he was booked for a variety of charges.
