AccuPrints Inc. provides LiveScan fingerprint services at the Moorpark College Police Office located on the Moorpark College campus, 7075 Campus Rd., Moorpark, CA 93021. To get to the office, take Hwy 118 to the Collins Road off ramp. Go north to Campus Park Drive, turn right and follow the road up the hill to the G-Parking lot entrance. The Police Office is in the G-1 lot. The phone number to the AccuPrints office is (805) 529-5288.

Hours of Operation

-- Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

-- Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

-- Friday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.

-- Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Friday and Saturdays are by appointment only. Monday through Thursday are walk-in days or by appointment. Paperwork

Live Scan paperwork must be filled out completely.

If an applicant is to be Live Scanned for more than one reason, a separate form is required for each item.

Photo I.D.

Every applicant must be in possession of a valid form of photo ID, which includes a date of birth, to be Live Scanned.

Note: Only a driver’s license, state ID card, passport, or alien registration card will be accepted. Student I.D. cards, temporary DMV printouts, or similar I.D.’s will not be accepted for any reason or at any time.

Fees

Applicants must be prepared to pay all fees at the time of Live Scanning. There is a mandatory $15.00 rolling fee. Fees for DOJ and/or FBI are additional. Total fees range from $15.00 to $ 99.00 depending on the reason for requirement.

Example: If applicant is renewing two licenses, he/she needs a form filled out for each license and will be charged $15.00 for the first one and $10.00 for the second license in addition to the DOJ and FBI fees. DOJ and FBI fees range from $32.00 up to $100.00, depending on the level of service.

There is a $15.00 charge for each card regardless of quantity.

Payment must be in the form of check, cash, or money order ONLY. AccuPrints does not accept credit cards, ATM cards, or debit cards.
