10/3/13 - 8:30 am: Disruptive students at OC. Officers responded to report of two females in a verbal altercation in a classroom. Two female students were arguing during class, and when the instructor told them to leave, only one left. The officers interviewed both parties and told them to leave for the day. Report taken.
10/4/13 - 9:45 am: Unlicensed driver at MC. Officer made routine traffic stop and during interview, determined driver did not have valid driver's license; driver was cited and released. Report taken.
10/8/13 - 10:00 am: Hit & run (misdemeanor) in C-lot at MC. Victim came to Campus Police to report unknown vehicle had struck her vehicle's driver's side mirror and broken it. No note or information was left. No witnesses or suspects; report taken.
10/9/13 - 2:45 pm: Battery in LRC at VC. Officers responded to report of females fighting. Upon arrival, they were told that a woman had thrown lukewarm coffee on another female. The suspect told one officer that the other woman, who had entered the LRC with another female, were being loud and swinging their bags around, causing things to fall out of the bags. The suspect told the pair to shush, and they responded by calling her a vulgar name, whereupon the suspect flung lukewarm coffee on one of them. The victim wanted to press charges; suspect was cited and released, then escorted off campus. Report taken.
10/9/13 - 6:20 pm: Felony warrant arrest at VC. During patrol, officer observed suspect sleeping in vehicle parked in overflow lot at VC. Officer conducted a welfare check on suspect, and determined that suspect had an active warrant. Officer arrested suspect and subsequently took him to County Main Jail, where he was booked without further incident. Report taken.
10/9/13 - 9:30 pm: Stolen bicycle from LRC at VC. Victim reported bicycle stolen via bolt cutters from LRC. Suspect observed on security camera footage. Report taken.
10/10/13 - 11:00 am: Driver with suspended license at OC. While on patrol, officer observed driver of vehicle talking on his cell phone. Officer stopped subject, who stated he was using voice activated text. Upon investigation, it was determined that driver's license was suspended. Officer cited and released subject for driving while license suspended; report taken.
10/13/13 - 10:00 am: Theft from vehicle at VC. Officer responded to report of theft to vehicle parked on Telegraph Road. Victim reported a purse missing. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.
10/14/13 - 1:30 pm: Annoyance at OC. Victim came to Campus Police to report that a male student in 2 of her classes has been following her around and taking pictures of her without her consent. Suspect has not made any threats or approached her in any way. She was advised to contact Campus Police if the suspect continued to follow her or take pictures. Report taken.
10/15/13 - 1:30 pm: Vandalism to vehicle in A-lot at MC. Victim came to Campus Police to report unknown person(s) had used unknown sharp object to scratch through bumper; in addition, the perpetrator(s) wrote obscenities in the dust on the rear view window. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.
10/15/13 - 4:00 pm: Warrant arrest at VC. While patrolling, officer noticed subject passed out under a tree. He checked subject's wellbeing and during interview, subject came back as having a warrant. Officer arrested suspect and took him to County Main Jail, where he was booked without further incident. 10/16/13 - 12:00 pm: Theft of bicycle from VC. Victim came to Campus Police to report unknown person(s) took his bicycle from the bike rack. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.
10/17/13 - 10:30 am: Annoying phone calls to VC Financial Aid. Officer responded to report of upset individual making threats over the phone. Officer spoke with subject and told him to stop calling if he was not going to be civil. Report taken.
10/17/13 - 1:00 pm: Alleged inappropriate comments during class at MC. Victim came to Campus Police to report instructor made inappropriate remarks during class. After investigation, the comments were deemed unfounded. Report taken.

10/29/13 - 2:50 pm: Arrest for stolen property and burglary at VC. During investigation of stolen property, officer encountered suspects matching descriptions of subjects who had used credit cards fraudulently. Suspect was interviewed and confessed.
