4/01/12 - 11:50 am: Petty theft at OC Swap Meet. Victim contacted Campus Police to advise molding from his vehicle had been stolen. Report taken.

4/02/12 - 7:20 pm: Hit & run (misdemeanor) in W-lot at VC. Victim parked vehicle in W-lot and went to class. Upon her return, she saw writing on the driver's side window of her vehicle; she was afraid, thinking that someone might still be in the area, so she contacted Campus Police. Officer responded and during investigation found two scrapes on driver's side of vehicle. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

4/09/12 - 3:00 pm: Verbal threats at MC. Victim was in the MC Cafeteria discussing his pro-life beliefs when he was approached by an unknown female, who became irate during discussion and threatened him. He reported the incident to Campus Police. Investigation continues; report taken.

4/9/12 - 6:50 pm: Unwanted attention at VC. Victim reported to Campus Police that she was in the MCW lounge, studying, when suspect approached her, made suggestive comments, and kissed her hand. Victim was in fear for her safety until she was able to obtain the attention of two male students outside. Officer interviewed suspect and advised him against this behavior. Code of Conduct referral made; report taken.

4/09/12 - 4:00 pm: Petty theft from 2nd story room of LLR Bldg at MC. Victim reported he left his property unattended while he went to obtain food; upon his return, his things were missing. Report taken.

4/11/12 - 8:25 am: Confrontation between VC student and high school student; suspect approached victim, removed sunglasses and pushed victim. The conflict was over a mutual female friend. Officers responded and after interviewing both parties, cited and released suspect for battery and vandlism. Report taken.

4/11/12 - 10:30 am: Bomb threat at OC. At 10:15 am, Campus Police received a call from unknown subject who stated that she had information that 2 students were on campus with bombs that were set to explode at 10:30 am. Evacuations and mass emergency notifications were made; local authorities were requested to assist with bomb sniffing dogs. The All-Clear signal was given after Campus Police and local law enforcement determined no bombs were on campus. Investigation continues; report taken.

4/17/12 - 9:20 am: Theft from vehicle. Victim reported to Campus Police that unknown suspect(s) smashed the passenger side window of her vehicle and took her property. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

4/17/12 - 2:15 pm: Hit & run (misdemeanor) in A-lot at MC. Victim reported to Campus Police that unknown vehicle struck his and fled, leaving moderate damage. Report taken.

4/17/12 - 5:00 pm:  Hit & run (misdemeanor) in A-lot at OC. Victim came to Campus Police to report that on 4/16, unknown vehicle struck hers and fled without leaving a message or insurance information. Report taken.

4/20/12 - 10:30 am: Drugs in E-lot at VC. Officer responded to report of individuals smoking marijuana in car parked in E-lot. Officer contacted the driver and passenger, who claimed they had medical marijuana cards. Officer advised that under the terms of the card, one could only use marijuana at home, and that it was illegal to possess or smoke marijuana on campus. Officer confiscated smoking device and various vials of marijuana, and cited and released driver. Report taken.

4/24/12 - 7:00 pm: Theft of property from classroom at VC. Victim reported to Campus Police that unknown subject took her phone charger and chapstick from her backpack. No suspects or witnesses; report taken.

4/27/12 - 9:00 pm: Possession of drug paraphernalia on campus. While patrolling in marked black & white, officer stopped a vehicle that made an illegal left turn. During interview, it was revealed that suspect was on parole for possession of controlled substance. Officer searched vehicle and found paraphernalia inside. Subject was cited and released; report taken.
