10/03/2006 - 10:00 - Ventura College: Police responded to a report of a non-student refusing to leave the campus. upon contact it was discovered that the subject was also in possession of several knives. Subject was cited and released.
10/07/2006 - 10:00 - Ventura College: Report of a Theft occurring at the Sunday Swap Meet. Unknown suspect took produce from vendors table and ran. Police contacted and cited the suspect for Theft.Who was then released.
10/13/2006 - 23:45 - Moorpark College: Police contacted 4 suspicious male subjects in the B-lot. Upon further investigation police discovered college parking machine keys which had been reported missing. Subjects were also in possession of numerous 1 dollar bills, possibly taken from parking machines. All four subjects were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property.
10/10/2006 - 18:45 - Ventura College: Report of Theft from vehicle parked in the W-Lot. Unknown suspect(s) entered victims unlocked vehicle and removed victims wallet.

10/12/2006 - 13:00 - Ventura College: Report of male suspect exposing himself to a female student in the E-Lot. Police responded and contacted the suspect who was identified by the victim. Suspect was arrested and charged with 314 P.C.
10/15/2006 - 09:00 - Ventura College: During a routine traffic stop police discovered that both the driver and passenger had outstanding warrants. Both were arrested and booked.
10/18/2006 - 09:50 - Moorpark College: Report of Theft of Purse occurring in PS-129. Unknown suspect(s) entered unlocked room and took purse which was located on the victims desk. No suspect information, report taken.
10/19/2006 - 11:30 - Moorpark College: Report of Theft of Wallet occurring in HS-107B. Unknown suspect(s) took wallet and used Debit card taken from inside the wallet. The wallet and Debit card was later turned in to lost and found by unknown person.
10/19/2006 - 09:45 - Moorpark College: Report of a male subject exposing himself near the fountain area. Witnesses reported that a male subject wearing a blue graduation cap and gown Yelled "I'm Gay " and proceeded to lift his gown and expose his genitals. Police responded but were not able to locate subject. Report taken.
10/20/2006 - 16:00 - Moorpark College: Moorpark College: Report of Theft of money taken from the Business Office. Unknown suspect(s) removed cash box from a table inside the main office. The cash box contained US currency and postage stamps. No suspect information, report taken.
10/12/2006 - 20:47 - Oxnard College: Report of Hit and Run occurring in the B-Lot, Victim said that the suspect hit her vehicle while attempting to back up. Suspect fled the area without leaving insurance information. Victim provided police with the vehicle license plate number but refused to prosecute. Information only.
10/21/2006 - 05:00 - Oxnard College: Vandalism to College property. Police discovered smashed window to swap meet office, nothing appeared disturbed, report taken.
10/22/2006 - 00:44 - Ventura College: Police responded to a woman screaming in the area of the ICDP building. Upon arrival they observed a vehicle leaving the area. Police attempted to stop the vehicle but lost sight. Police contacted the female who stated that she and her boyfriend were arguing prior to the police arriving. It was later determined that the boyfriend had crashed his vehicle on Foothill Road and fled the scene prior to arrival of Ventura Police.
