11/03/14, 4:00pm: Arrest for vandalism and resisting arrest at OC. Subject was angry after meeting with officials and upon leaving meeting, caused damage to walls. Officer arrested and transported subject to County Main Jail, where he was booked without incident. Report X14-131 taken.
11/04/14, 7:30am: Hit & Run (misdemeanor) at MC pkg lot G. Victim stated he parked his car and went to class. Upon his return, he observed damage to the passenger side door of his vehicle. No note or information left; no witnesses or suspects. Report M14-092 taken.
11/06/14, 12:15pm: Lewd conduct in W-lot at VC. Officer was on patrol when he received a citizen's hail. Victim complained of a male subject sitting in his car and exposing himself. No suspects or witnesses; report V14-190 taken.
11/07/14, 1:30pm: Injury at Oxnard College Library. Victim came to Campus Police to request first aid for a head injury he had received while participating in horseplay. Parent was contacted and picked up victim. Report X14-133 taken.
11/08/14, 3:20pm: Petty theft from VC Marketplace. Vendor contacted officer to advise subject took merchandise without paying for it. Investigation continues; report V14-191 taken.
11/09/14, 9:15pm: Minor in possession of alcohol at VC in W-lot. Officer observed subject walking towards a bus parked in the W-lot, with a case of beer in hand. Subject ignored officer's commands to stop, boarded the bus and at officer's command, exited bus without beer. Officer interviewed subject, who was found to be a minor. Subject was cited and released for minor in possession of alcohol on school grounds; report V14-189 taken.
11/11/14, 8:00 am: Grand theft from classroom at VC. Employee advised officer that unknown person(s) gained entry to locked cabinet by unknown means and removed property. No suspects or witnesses; investigation continues and report V14-192 taken.
11/11/14, 10:30am: Misuse of service cart at VC. Unauthorized person took cart without permission and went 'joy-riding.' Officers responded to report of subject driving cart, laughing loudly. Officers found cart parked, undamaged, at MCE building. Through camera surveillance, officers found subject and contacted him reference cart theft. Subject apologized and stated he did not realize it was a felony. After relieving subject of an unauthorized key, he was released without further incident. 11/12/14, 9:30am: Graffiti on sign at corner of Central Campus Way and South Campus Way, at VC. Officer discovered graffiti on sign while on patrol. No suspects or witnesses; report V14-195 taken.
11/13/14, 10:55am: Misuse of handicapped placard at OC. Subject came to Campus Police to contest a citation he received. During interview, subject admitted placard belonged to his father in law. Placard was seized; report X14-139 taken.
11/15/14, 3:50am: Graffiti at OC, spray paint on blue emergency phone at S/E corner of H lot and on north red curb. No suspects or witnesses; report X14-135 taken.
11/16/14, 1:45pm: Petty theft from OC Swap Meet. Officers responded to report of subject who stole property from vendor. Subject was apprehended not far from campus. Officers interviewed subject, who admitted to the theft. Officers cited and released subject; report X14-136 taken.
11/17/14, 10:55am: Petty theft from OC Library. Victim came to Campus Police to report his wallet had fallen out of his pocket while he was in the Library, and someone had taken it while he was gone. No suspects or witnesses; report X14-140 taken.
11/17/14, 12:15pm: Late report of grand theft from OC Swap Meet. Victim contacted officer to state that on 11/9/14 he left property at vendor's booth while visiting another booth nearby. When he returned, he found his property gone. No suspects or witnesses; report no. X14-138 taken.
11/17/14, 1:30pm: Arrest for Identity Theft at VC through Financial Aid. Officers contacted suspect and conducted her to the Campus Police Station, where she was interviewed and ultimately confessed to appropriating victim's financial aid. Officers arrested and transported suspect to County Main Jail, where she was booked without further incident. Report no. V14-185 taken.

11/18/14, 5:30pm: Petty theft from OC Learning Resource Center. Victim reported her property was taken while she was in the ladies' restroom. No suspects or witnesses; report X14-142 taken.
11/19/14, 12:00pm: Alcohol on campus at VC. Officer responded to report of subject asleep in bushes. Officer made contact and determined subject was under the influence of alcohol; subject also contained a backpack with vodka in it. Subject was cited and released for possession of alcohol on campus. 11/20/14, 6:00pm: Bicycle theft from OC. Victim came to Campus Police to report he had left his bike parked in the rack on the west side of the Student Services building, and upon his return, found it missing. No suspects or witnesses; report X14-144 taken.
11/22/14, 11:00am: Petty theft from VC Marketplace. Officer responded to report that two individuals worked together. One distracted the vendor while the other took property. No suspects or witnesses; report V14-201 taken.
11/24/14, 12:00pm: Theft from vehicle in E-lot at VC. Victim came to Campus Police to report she had left a bag in the bed of her truck; upon her return, it was gone. No suspects or witnesses; report V14-203 taken.
11/24/14, 12:45pm: Theft from Welcome Center at VC. Victim reported she left property at Welcome Center; when she returned to retrieve it, it was no longer there. No suspects or witnesses; report V14-202 taken.
11/24/14, 4:45pm: Hit & run (misdemeanor) in E-lot at VC. Witness observed suspect's vehicle collide with another vehicle and then flee, without leaving contact information. Witness provided suspect information to Campus Police, who were able to track down suspect. Report V14-204 taken.
11/25/14, 11:00am: Vandalism to stall door in men's restroom at Ventura College. Witness called Campus Police and reported seeing suspect bending the stall door, causing damage. No suspects present when officer investigated; report V14-205 taken.
11/25/14, 7:45pm: Armed robbery in W-lot at VC. Masked suspect brandished handgun, approached victim and demanded property. Victim was unable to provide further information; investigation continues. Report V14-206 taken.
11/26/14, 8:00am: Theft from vehicle parked on Telegraph Rd at VC. Officer responded to call from victim that unknown person smashed her vehicle's front passenger window with unknown tool and took her property. No suspects or witnesses; report V14-209 taken.

11/26/14, 9:45pm: Warrant arrest at VC. Subject was stopped by Campus Police officer for not having lights on his bicycle. During interview, officer learned subject had multiple warrants, and subsequently arrested and transported subject to County Main Jail, where he was booked without further incident.
