The mission of the VCCCD Police Department is to provide law enforcement, crime investigation, security, and traffic/parking control for the students, faculty, staff and visitors of the VCCCD colleges and district. Our officers are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for our population of over 38,000 at Moorpark, Oxnard and Ventura Colleges, as well as the East Campus in Santa Paula and the District Administration Center in Ventura. Campus police officers work closely with local law enforcement agencies that border each campus in a collaborative effort to prevent criminal activity and ensure the safety of their citizens. We stress public service and endorse Campus Community Oriented Policing Services. We actively seek the cooperation of our constituents to help us resolve problems and to contribute to a greater level of safety. We hope our website is informative and helpful.
