Java Problems
A fairly common problem that webmail users may experience is a missing tool bar across the top of the webmail screen. This toolbar would normally contain the action buttons for creating, replying, forwarding and deleting email messages.
One possible reason for the missing toolbar is the lack of Java on the computer being used to access webmail. Java must be installed and configured properly in order for the Java - based toolbar to function. Please open this webpage to test the Java capabilities of your computer.
Not responding correctly to the security pop-up warning is also another possible reason for the missing webmail toolbar.
If you receive the following while using MS Internet Explorer:

Simply check the box "Always trust content from International Business Machines Corporation" and then click the "Yes" button.
Or the following while using any web browser:

Simply click the "Grant Always" button.
If the above mentioned procedures do not fix the problem, please report the issue using the email problem form.
