Deleting
Please Note: If your vcccd email is being forwarded to your personal
email account, there is no mail for you to delete so disregard any
messages you have received requesting that you clean out your account.
There are a few options for deleting multiple documents at once.
Lotus Notes:
Identify
the documents that you wish to delete by putting a "check" in the
selection column. This is done using the mouse and by clicking next to
each document in the selection column. You can also drag the mouse down
the selection column while holding the mouse button to quickly select
multiple documents in a row.
Once you have selected the documents you wish to delete, you can simply drag them to the trash or can use the Delete button.
DWA webmail:
Identify the documents that you wish to delete by highlighting them.
This is done with the mouse. On a windows based PC, you can select
multiple documents by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard. You
can also hold down the Shift key to select all documents between two
points.
Once you have selected the documents you wish to delete, you can simply drag them to the trash or click the Delete button.
Standard webmail:
Using your mouse, identify the documents that you wish to delete by
putting a check in the selection box of each document you wish to
delete.

By default, a copy of every message you send is saved and can be viewed
by opening your Sent view. A good way to free-up space is to remove old
copies of Sent mail, particularly those with attachments. Sorting your
mail file views can make this task quick and easy.
Lotus Notes Example:
- Select the Sent view.
- Sort the view by Size so that all the largest sent messages are together at the top of your screen.
- Select the messages that you wish to delete by placing a check in the selection column.
- Click the delete button.
