The Strategic Technology Plan for the Ventura County Community College District is intended to provide an overall framework for the strategic implementation of technology within the District. The purpose of the plan is to align the application of technology to the District's Mission, Vision, and Strategic Goals and Objectives. It will provide a roadmap for all major technology initiatives undertaken by the District for the next three years.

This plan is divided into three sections.

• First is the vision and mission of the District and Information Technology.
• The second section outlines the goals and objectives.
• The third section lists the strategic initiatives that will be undertaken by the District to meet the goals and objectives, with initiative overviews, benefits, resource requirements and timelines.
