Project Objectives & Notable Features:

This project will provide a new Child Development Center to accommodate college enrollment growth to 18,000 students. It will include:
  • (5) demonstration classrooms
  • (2) multipurpose rooms
  • Interior support space
  • Large exterior playground
  • New parking and access road
The vacated former Child Development Center in the Applied Arts building will be converted to general classroom space as part of a separate project.
