You are invited to attend the Oxnard College Library Learning Resource Center building dedication on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, 4:00 p.m., at 4000 South Rose Avenue in Oxnard.
The new Library Learning Resource Center at Oxnard College provides 38,000 square feet of space and includes a Math Center, Writing Center, open computer lab, large and small group study rooms, instructional media collection, reference collection with support space, electronic classroom, tutorial and study areas, office space, distance learning services, and faculty resource center.
The construction project was funded through Measure S Bond funds and is scheduled to open in summer 2012 to serve students and the community. The building dedication will include the Ventura County Community College District Board of Trustees, Chancellor, Oxnard College President, employees, and students. The event is open to the public, and free parking is available.
